WP1: Management & Coordination
Guarantees successful implementation of the project, financial management, and successful teamwork through clearly defined procedures, regular meetings, and financial management.
WP2: Preparation & Needs Analysis
Develops questionnaires and reports to establish educational needs and compare them with existing curricula and best practices.
WP3: Curricula & Vocational Course Development
Analyzes existing curricula, identifies training needs, and develops a State of the Art Report to enhance education programs.
WP4: Syllabus Design & Capacity Building
Develops and enhances syllabi, trains academic staff, and builds research units to facilitate innovation and collaboration.
WP5: Master's Course Accreditation
Coordinates accreditation processes and develops a capacity-building guide focusing on e-learning.
WP6: Master Program Delivery
Operates and develops the Master Program based on feedback and improving course quality.
WP7: Dissemination, Exploitation & Impact
Facilitates project visibility, knowledge sharing, and long-term impact through strategic dissemination and exploitation.
